It’s very easy to sit back and criticize everything he done. I been driving for 22 yrs and I can say I was not sitting in his cab that day. But I am willing to bet he panicked severely.Im a new driver and my first solo run was on I-70 east going through Utah and Colorado. Bad route to send a rookie. I think all the super trucker's hate me but I don't give a fa. I maintained 40-45 mph on all declines and curves. To all my newbys. The jake brake is your friend. Don't let the driver behind you drive for you let them go around if they want.
