The Pride of Dover was more comfortable than most in this sort of weather.I love it when crossings are like this, when the whole ship shudders yet you know it will be fine. :D Though I've never been in waves this big.It would be very uncomfortable to ride them sideways. The main risk is that cars and trucks on the car deck could shift and make the vessel more unstable. But for it to capsize there would need to be an inflow of water.
