Recently learned in a documentary about some neat orca behavior that I never knew. The opening of the mouth is a sign of interest and when they show you their belly it means they are trusting you/coming in peace. Totally gives me a whole new perspective when I watch videos with orcas and humans interacting on boats or swimming!
