Considering such a small creature, the beaver is an excellent builder of dams. It’s handiwork is amazing.As a kid, we played in the water too, but with really small toys. Never gets old. Adding little rock check dams every 100m or so would create little pockets to help groundwater infiltration.Really have to be in awe of the beaver how efficient there dams are and how well they build them.even although there dams have consequences to pay both up stream and down.
