I'm fascinated by the Panama Canal. My grandfather was in the Marines and was there as it was being built. My mom was born there. I just wish I could remember all the stories he used to tell about it being all jungle that had to be cleared for the canal to be built. Many Chinese were brought in to do that work.Many important omissions and inaccuracies, including a 'intro' with lock gates shown backwards,This is amazing. Thank you for sharing it.I remember reading that many people died while building the canal.
