They simply don't care about all the rubbish. It will never compact underneath with all that water and garbage. It's just awful.it would be satisfying to see the completed result. the video ends abruptly and unfinished.All of you complaining have clearly never been to southeast Asia. Nothing against them but small projects are rarely done correctly. I'm just amazed this got filled in because ponds like this are everywhere in those countries.
