With all due respect, I noticed that when a ditch is cut-off, there is/are no culverts installed.There is a dozer operator who knows his stuff. Keeping his pushes level to the end. There are so many dozer operators pushing into water that dip the end of their payload down into the water, allowing it to soak . Good man.I'm baffled at how this project unfolded. They stay off the shoreline and jockey around a narrow strip of new land. Then they install a fence and they drive around that fence and fill in what they should have in the first place.
