I have watched these videos and read all the posts about how to change these seals. They are very interesting but I can’;ty believe no one has collapsed the adjuster and slid the tracks off the front idler. I have done this with my 175, 125, and a D4C. It is a five minute job and no the tracks do not have to be wore out. It is a 5 minute Job you can do by yourself if you have something to lift the tracks with. You can remove it completely if you want to change idlers or replace rollers. Just lift the tracks off the sprocket. Try this before you take your tracks apart.
