Before seeing this video....i would go to a store or market, buy an ice cream bar and enjoy.....NOT THINKING or knowing how the process to create it was done.....makes me appreciate the hard work and machinery technology it takes to create a sweet treat!The ingenuity of the machines to mass produce these products, is what I find most interesting. I find all your videos fascinating.I visited an ice ream factory on a field trip in third grade. They gave us all two ice creams freshly made straight from the machine. They were just sticks, one with vanilla ice cream and one with strawberry ice cream but I remember how soft it was. That vanilla stick was definitely the best bland vanilla stick I will ever eat.
