The important part hopefully no one was injured or killed. It looks like most of these machines have been driven and worked past there limits.I would rather say, most of these failures are not machinery failures, but attributed to lack of maintenance and continous exceeding of the permissible towing capacities.This dumb stuff happens in all kinds of companies where some workers don't pay attention to nothing they do.
