Worked in these machines they are really epic when they have any electrical or control faults.I almost flunked out of high school and never made it to college, but I always dreamed I could be a mechanical design engineer and help design and build today's automation machinery. Sure would be an interesting job.Pretty amazing id love to see how much down time they have a day and how many crashes they have looks ver technical.Washing the bottles' its called an air rince. part of HACCP, hazard analysis and critical control points. as the potential risk for for foreign bodies, such as; glass, plastic, paper, pest, or bacteria is high. Its is in place to protect the consumer. An air rince test is completed throughout the day to make sure it is operating correctly. if not production is halted until fixed.
