Didn't have enough sense to take down the thermostat or cover it with something. The construction industry requires a degree in special Ed anymore.Never hire someone that does not protect your home and items like the thermostat and the dust.How about covering the opening. It right at the work area. That dust will be everywhere.No plastic to keep all the dust from getting to the stairs.
