Love this kit, if you're lucky enough to have the puncturing object on your front tire(s), just leave your tire on, and turn your wheel so you have a better leverage. Takes 1 minute to do. No you don't need to "patch" your tire, i've used this on multiple tires and cars and they've never failed. Thanks!The Slime Kit has repaired about 8 holes in the past few years for me. If possile, taking the tire off is better, makes it much easier.
