I didn't know how any of this was done, thank you for sharing the magic.Man these people are very good workers but man wearing sandals or no shoes at all they are crazy to be doing that without proper safety gear. We need more people like this in America.It is refreshing to see how seriously they take safety....no "x number of days since the last accident" signs needed here.
