Do not buy these IBS bullcrap. The structure will be very weak and maintenance is very hard. When a precast panel cracks, it will crack the whole thing not just one section. You have to demolish a whole wall to fix or add something. In the long term, it costs more to have these pre cast structure than traditional brick and concrete. The French historical structures withstand the test of time because they were built with brick and concrete.Pre-built or Pre-designed home is future of construction. I enjoyed watching this video.
