At the beginning of this video, there was a huge rock jammed against the bridge shelf which prevented the dirt from filling the void beneath the shelf. The result is a big cavity beneath the shelf and that cannot be considered good building practice. Also, wouldn't good design work require compacted earth around the bride itself?I finally got see a job finished. thank you.
