A federal appellate court ruled 2-1 against the Trump administration’s deportation policy targeting Venezuelan nationals under an 18th-century wartime law.

The decision, which stemmed from a case questioning constitutional due process rights, halted the administration’s efforts to proceed with deportations.

The D.C. Circuit Court’s judges, including Obama appointee Patricia Millett, debated the application of the law, particularly regarding the timeframe for individuals to seek habeas protections. Legal experts anticipate the Trump administration will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, where they hope to secure more authority for deportations with less judicial oversight.

Attorney General Pam Bondi criticized the lower court rulings, vowing to bring the case before the Supreme Court if necessary.
It started like any other day… until I looked up and spotted something unusual poking out from the corner of my ceiling. Thin, textured, and eerily snake-like, it immediately set off alarm bells in my head. Was it just an old wire? Part of some hidden fixture? Or—dreadfully—something alive?

Curiosity quickly turned into concern, and that’s when the real investigation began…

The internet – and the limitless wealth of information it provides – is an immeasurably useful tool for more reasons that anyone can list.

Yet though there’s seemingly no end to the advantages it brings to our daily lives, it’s perhaps the fact that it’s a bottomless well of shared knowledge that makes it arguably the greatest invention of recent centuries.

There is no topic that you can’t read up on, no answer that’s beyond your reach if you know where to look. Mysteries that would have remained elusive in all the decades up to now can be solved quite literally with a few clicks of a mouse, a few stabs at a keyboard.

Over the years we’ve seen many old myths debunked online, just as we’ve seen life-hacks and helpful hints become common knowledge, whereas once they would have been wisdoms held by only a small few.

Have you ever wondered, for example, why your underwear ends up looking like it’s been stained by a bleach spot? If you have, you’re apparently not alone, with the question being posed online by women seeking answers.

And answers they found. As it turns out, said patches of coloring have absolutely nothing to do with your machine (as some have speculated).

Dr. Vanessa MacKay, with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, explains: “The vagina has a self-cleaning mechanism through natural secretions. It contains beneficial bacteria that serve to protect it.”

As per the National Institutes of Health, the usual vaginal pH ranges between 3.8 and 5.0, making it moderately acidic in relation to the naturally neutral pH level of 7.

Dr. MacKay adds that it’s perfectly normal and healthy for women to have clear or white discharge from their vagina, while disturbing the natural balance can lead to infections.

President Donald Trump was compelled to shorten his remarks during a press conference on Friday, which White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt abruptly ended.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, a television personality who was appointed to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) during Trump’s second term, was sworn in at the same time as the event.

The broadcast abruptly stopped as the briefing was coming to an end, and the screen went black. FOX News reports that one of Dr. Oz’s children had to be escorted out of the Oval Office due to a medical emergency, which caused the press conference to end early.

Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary, had to end the briefing.
The event was abruptly interrupted as the press conference was coming to a close, and the live feed abruptly went dark.

Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary, had to adjourn the briefing early because she could be heard telling reporters to leave the room right away.

Leavitt The event was immediately canceled.

According to Mirror US, Dr. Oz’s wife Lisa looked clearly worried, and President Trump briefly left the podium to consider the situation. The scene became even more chaotic as Dr. Oz hurried over to help.

he presenter on FOX News said, “The press is being escorted out of the room, so we don’t know what’s going on there.” Naturally, it is evident that a situation could have arisen, possibly involving medical issues.

Another video later revealed a young girl being helped as she was led out of the Oval Office. The White House has not yet issued an official statement on the incident.

Barron Trump’s Striking Resemblance to His Father Goes Viral

Barron Trump, the 18-year-old son of President-elect Donald Trump, is making headlines for his uncanny resemblance to his father in his younger years. A side-by-side photo comparison has gone viral, with many social media users remarking on their similar jawlines and features—calling it “uncanny” and joking that “cloning works.”

Barron also drew attention recently during a rare public appearance on Election Day, where he greeted UFC president Dana White with a deep, commanding voice that surprised many online. Donald Trump joked, “Can we make him into a fighter?” after the crowd chanted “Ba-ron!” at a rally.

Despite keeping a low profile, Barron has reportedly helped behind the scenes on his father’s campaign, even playing a role in securing Donald Trump’s viral appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast.

Now a student at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Barron is carving out his own identity while remaining a growing public figure. His mother, Melania, acknowledged that a normal college life isn’t likely for him—but his poise, presence, and resemblance to his father are making him one to watch in the Trump legacy.
How much do you know about colon cancer? A single mother has stepped forward and spoken about her battle with stage four colon cancer in an effort to raise awareness around the warning signs she dismissed. Mother of one, Radwah Oda from Texas has been juggling raising her child, maintaining an office job and fighting her cancer.

She went viral on TikTok when she posted a video about her experience which has raked in over 2.3 million views, sharing the symptoms she completely overlooked. She has urged the public to take their health more seriously and not ignore these most commonly dismissed symptoms which are major red flags.

Changes in Stool

Radwah started off describing one of her first warning signs of colon cancer. Her bowel habits had changed. She noticed how her stool started off becoming more pencil shaped and she initially dismissed this, assuming it was just mild constipation.

Another Colon Cancer Symptom

She noted that her stool seemed to contain small amounts of blood and attributed that to possibly being hemorrhoids. This is apparently commonly overlooked. She additionally mentioned that she never felt like her bowels were fully empty after she had gone to the bathroom. “Each time I would use the restroom, I would feel like I still needed to go. I would keep pushing and pushing but nothing would come out.” She described.

Unexplained Pain

Another common symptom that is well-known in the cancer community is abdominal pain. With colon cancer, this pain can often occur in other areas as the disease progresses. Oda described her pain starting below her right breast, dismissing it as an ill-fitting bra. “I just assumed my bra was too tight, even though it was just on one side,” she explained.

This pain she was experiencing was however actually an indication that the colon cancer had already progressed to her liver. This alone should highlight the importance of constantly monitoring unusual pains and seeking medical attention when these symptoms don’t subside as they could mean something more serious.

Chronic Fatigue

Radwah was also experiencing chronic fatigue – another common symptom of colon cancer. She found that despite ensuring she was getting adequate rest, she constantly felt tired. She was eventually taking multiple naps throughout the day. “I would still need to take a nap a few times during the day and nothing really helped,” she noted. Chronic fatigue is common in cancer patients, especially those with colon cancer as its draining the body while it consumes your resources.

Other Signs Of Colon Cancer

In another video, she discussed other additional symptoms she was experiencing before receiving her cancer diagnosis. She was experiencing chronic weight-loss, had a poor appetite and terrible stomach pains. “Up until doctors told me I had cancer, I blamed these symptoms on a ‘really bad stomach bug,‘” she shared. One would often overlook these, but it’s important to seek medical attention when unexplained changes are occurring in your body.

Advocating for Awareness

“If you have any of these symptoms, please don’t be concerned, but go see a doctor,” she urged in her video. Radwah Oda’s story most certainly passed on a strong message to viewers advocating for people to take their health more seriously. Younger people often dismiss their symptoms, finding excuses instead of seeking help.

Common Warning Signs of Colon Cancer

Many of these symptoms of colon cancer slowly develop which makes diagnosis challenging. The American Cancer Society has urged people to be more aware, noting that these symptoms may often be dismissed as other conditions, but it’s crucial to seek the help of professionals just in case. Some common symptoms include:

Changes in bowel habits (e.g., diarrhea, constipation, or narrowing of stool).
Blood in stool or rectal bleeding.
Persistent abdominal pain or cramping.
Unexplained weight loss.
Weakness or fatigue.

Colon Cancer in Younger People

More recent studies have indicated that an alarmingly large number of colorectal cases have been identified in people under the age of 50. Many younger patients are under the misconception that colon cancer primarily occurs in older patients, often delaying their diagnosis.

Persistent abdominal pain and bloody stools are the top two most common early on symptoms in younger patients. The Mayo Clinic had advised that potential cases need to pay special attention to changes in bowel habits as these are some of the most common indicators. Early detection can improve chances of earlier diagnosis, leading to more successful outcomes in their treatments.

Don’t Ignore the Signs

Radwah’s journey certainly emphasizes the importance of paying more attention to the signs and ultimately listening to one’s own body. It’s importance to seek help than ignore nagging symptoms sooner. Sharing her story has hopefully helped save lives by encouraging others to seek help before it’s too late.

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms or know someone who may be going through the same discussed issues above, never hesitate to seek help from a doctor as early detection and timely intervention could be the difference between smoother diagnosis and treatment for colon cancer.
Your sleeping position can significantly impact your health. Among the various positions, sleeping on your left side offers notable benefits. Here’s how: Prevents Nighttime Heartburn: For those with acid reflux or GERD, “sleeping on their left side helps maintain the stomach below the esophagus,

” reducing acid flow back into the esophagus. Improves Spleen and Liver Function:Improves Spleen and Liver Function: The spleen, located on the left, operates more efficiently with “increased blood flow,” aiding in impurity filtration. Conversely, sleeping on your right can cause liver congestion; the left-side position “facilitates improved neutralization and processing of toxins.”Enhances Lymphatic System: This system benefits from “effective drainage into the thoracic duct,” improving toxin removal. Supports Pregnant Women:

Especially in the last trimester, “sleeping on the left side alleviates pressure on the liver,” enhancing circulation and heart function. Aids Digestion: The ileocecal valve on the left aids in “promoting the seamless movement of waste,” ensuring regular bowel movements. Adopting the left-side sleeping position might feel uncomfortable initially, but persistence can yield these health benefits.
Top things to know about vaginas:

The vagina connects the vulva to the cervix

As you age, your vagina ages too!

When you’re aroused, blood flows to the vagina to make it bigger, and more arousal fluid is produced

People often use the term vagina to refer to the entire female genital region between the legs—but this is incorrect.

Let’s first start with correcting this terminology. The vulva is the correct name for the external parts of the female genitalia. This includes the glans clitoris, labia minora and majora, opening of the urethra and vagina (the introitus), and the surrounding tissue.

What is a vagina?
The vagina is the tube between the vulva and the cervix. This tube is the connection between your uterus and the outside world. The vagina is what babies exit through during birth, and where menstrual blood exits through during your period. The vagina is also used for insertion, such as with a penis, fingers, female condoms, sex toys, tampons, or menstrual cups.

The vagina can also act as a route to other parts of the body. During penis-vagina sex, ejaculate is deposited in the vagina, allowing sperm to enter the uterus through the cervix. The walls of the vagina can also be used as an administrative route for medications and contraceptives, such as intervaginal hormone creams, the hormonal vaginal contraceptive ring, or vaginal suppository medications.
Ramen noodles have long been a popular food for college students, busy workers, and anyone seeking a quick and inexpensive meal.

However, the key concern with ramen noodles is not just their high sodium content or lack of nutritional value, leading terrible health problems.

This preservative, tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), is a chemical that can affect significant health risks when eaten in large quantities over time. Let’s explore this chemical in this article now!!

Understanding Tertiary Butylhydroquinone
Tertiary butylhydroquinone, or TBHQ, is a simulated antioxidant used to expand the shelf life of processed foods by preventing oxidation and spoilage. It is commonly existed in packaged foods, including ramen noodles, because of its effectiveness in preserving fats and oils.
I’m going to own up to it — I have stared at that little mystery dent on the side of a milk jug more times than I can count. You know the one. Perfectly round, a little sunken in, sitting there like it knows a secret. And apparently, it does. If you’re anything like me (and most people), you probably took it to be some sort of quirk of the plastic molding process, or, perhaps, just… decorative? But nope. That circular dent has a job. A smart one.

So grab your cereal, pour some milk, and let’s dig into the curious case of the milk jug dent.

Why There’s a Round Dent in the Bottom of Milk Jugs
That circular dent on your milk jug isn’t some manufacturing mishap or cut corners in the design process. It’s there for a combination of safety, function, and structural integrity. Here’s the rundown:

Buffer for Expansion Due to Pressure Changes
Let’s begin with the most practical: pressure.

Milk, after all, is a perishable item, isn’t it? It has to be kept at cold temperatures. And like all liquids, milk expands or contracts a little when the temperature changes (for example, from a warm truck ride to a cold fridge). The round dent accommodates those temperature and pressure shifts with flexibility.

Without that little feature? The jug may swell outward, crack or in extreme cases even burst — particularly if it’s frozen. The dent gives an area that can bubble out a bit if required. It’s the milk jug’s ever-present stress ball.

Dampening Shock to Avoid Splits
Ever spilled a jug of milk on accident?

Yeah, me too. The dent also serves as a sort of shock absorber. When a jug falls to the floor (or even just gets abused at the grocery store), the recessed circle helps absorb and redistribute the impact energy.

That design reduces cracking and spillage — a godsend if you’ve ever had to clean up a milk puddle and know how messy and annoying that can be. And when margins are razor thin in industry, avoiding even a few cracked jugs during transport can equal real savings.

Retention of Structure Without Any Additional Plastic
Here’s something you weren’t expecting: the dent makes the jug more resilient using less plastic.

It’s like the ridges on a cardboard box, or the arch design in architecture. That indent provides structural support; it reinforces the side panel. Rather than thickening (and making more expensive) the plastic walls, they add the dent — to maintain strength while keeping the jug light.

This is good engineering on a budget. As if duct tape and geometry had a child.

All right, this one is a little bonkers.
Sometimes, if milk is beginning to spoil and the bacteria start to multiply, they can release gases that create pressure inside the jug. With that pressure in place, the dent will start to pop out.

So if you ever see a jug where the dent is puffed out or looks otherwise abnormal, don’t ignore it. That might be your milk crying out, “Hey! I’ve turned!” We know that not every dent bulge indicates bad milk, by the way, but it is a clever early warning system. And it’s certainly not an expectation for the average Persona

But Why This Specific Shape?
Why a circle, though? Why not a triangle or a square?

It turns out circles are inherently stronger shapes for distributing pressure. There are no sharp corners to focus stress. Instead, pressure transfers evenly around a circular edge, which is why it is the ideal shape for a flex-point in a jug that frequently encounters temperature shifts, handling and stacking.

From a manufacturing perspective, circles are also simple: They’re easy to mold and repeat hundreds of millions of times on identical containers. A tour de force of symmetry, simplicity, and science.

Other Hidden Design Details of Milk Jugs
While we’re nerding out over jug design, here are a few more things you likely never noticed:

The handle hole isn’t only for grip — the hole also minimizes the amount of plastic used in the design, without a loss of function.

Those little bumps at the base help the jug balance, even on somewhat wonky shelves.

Cap color can sometimes indicate fat content — blue for 2 percent, red for whole, etc. — depending on the brand and region.

It’s kind of remarkable how much care goes into something we all take for granted.

The Dent and International Hour — Environmental Benefits
Okay, let’s touch on sustainability.

Since the dent lets the jug be thinner and use less plastic while remaining sturdy, it contributes to an overall reduction in plastic. That means:

Less plastic waste
Easier recycling
Transportation with lower weight (which translates to fuel savings)

In other words, the dent isn’t only clever — it’s a low-key eco-warrior doing its bit. An itsy bitsy champion in the war on waste.

Next Time You Pour a Glass…
Just consider: this little design element that you’ve probably overlooked your entire life is doing double time to:

Keep your milk fresh
Protect against leaks
Reduce environmental impact
Prevent the dairy industry from losing billions

Wild stuff for something you never gave a second glance, huh?

The circular dent is the unsung background character of your morning. Always there. Quietly doing its job. Never asking for recognition. Just saving your fridge (and floor) from disaster.

Now, I’m not saying you’re going to win a trivia contest with that little nugget, but when you next reach for a jug and catch that little dent in the side, tip it a nod. It’s not some random dimple. It’s engineering genius cast into plastic.
And hey — if you ever find yourself at a party where the conversation dries up, just slip in the words “Did you know the dent in a milk jug can be used to detect spoilage?” Instant attention. You’re welcome.
