Do you have two holes in your lower back? Then see what it means
Our bodies may surprise you. One of them is as follows: What is a butt or back dimple, exactly? Small holes or dimples known as “dimples of Venus” frequently appear on the lower backs of women.
Also called “Venus Holes,” they have several names. They’re called “Apollo Holes” by men.
Here is a comprehensive explanation of the Venus Holes.
There are craters on Venus.
These holes are caused by a little ligament that is crushed between the skin and the posterior superior iliac spine.
The location of the pelvic bones is more frequently found where they converge. Due to the lack of muscle, the skin enlarges to fill the space, leaving a slight depression or “hole” above the waist.
The honorific name “Venus” is given to Venus, the Roman goddess of love and beauty, because it is believed that she represents beauty.
You don’t always have these beautiful indentations. Venus holes cannot be created; one either has them or they do not.
What does it all ultimately mean?
Your health will benefit from these gaps. The “Venus Holes” represent a robust body and healthy blood flow. They are sexual as well. Orgasms seem to come more easily to those with Venus Holes.
The Venus holes’ ability to enhance blood flow and their advantageous positioning in the pelvic region, which encourages climaxing, are the causes of this. People with Apollo or Venus dimples engage in sex more frequently because they get excited more easily and generally find it more enjoyable.
Weight loss may benefit from the Venus holes.
According to medical professionals, if your dimples are very obvious, you are underweight, which shows that you have a healthy weight and a full, active life.

Ryan stood outside the church, his hands tucked in his pockets as he stared at the heavy wooden doors. Saying goodbye to his father wasn’t something he was ready for—not yet.
Behind him, Bella barked sharply, her tone higher than usual. He turned toward his car to see the German Shepherd pacing anxiously in the backseat, ears pricked, eyes fixed on the church.
“Bella, down,” Ryan commanded with a hand gesture. The dog hesitated, then obeyed, settling into a crouch but still whining softly. He leaned in and patted her through the window. “Stay.”
Inside the church, Arnold’s casket sat beneath a spray of white lilies. The funeral director had cordoned off the area, citing caution—Arnold’s sudden death had been ruled infectious. Ryan slid into the pew beside his mother, who sat staring at the altar, her face unreadable.
The service passed in a blur of prayers and whispered hymns. But as the final song began, a bark rang through the church like a gunshot.
Bella.
She burst through the doors before anyone could stop her, bounded down the aisle, and leapt onto the casket. Flowers toppled. Murmurs erupted. Bella barked again and then dropped into her trained alert position—motionless, eyes locked on Ryan.
He didn’t hesitate.
“Open it,” he said, already moving.
The funeral director stammered an objection, but Ryan ignored him. With both hands, he lifted the lid.
The casket was empty.
Chaos erupted.
“Where’s my brother?” someone cried.
Ryan barely caught his mother as she collapsed, her body limp. He cradled her, shouting for help as the church erupted into confusion. The paramedics arrived minutes later and rushed her to the hospital.
That night, Ryan called the police.
Detective Bradshaw showed up at his mother’s house, clipboard in hand, expression grim. “The coroner confirmed the death and released the remains to the funeral home,” she said. “Are you aware of anything suspicious your father might have been involved in?”
Ryan shook his head. He had split from the family business years ago to open a dog training center. Whatever Arnold had been tangled in, Ryan hadn’t been part of it.
Bradshaw promised updates, but Ryan didn’t intend to wait.
The morgue was quiet when he arrived. The receptionist looked up, startled.
“The coroner? He resigned two days ago.”
“No replacement yet?”
She shook her head. When Ryan asked to see his father’s file, she refused—until he set $1,000 on the counter.
She glanced around and nodded. “Ten minutes.”
Ryan slipped into the coroner’s office and scoured the cabinets. Nothing. His father’s file was missing.
Then his phone buzzed. It was Mr. Stevens, the family’s longtime lawyer.
“I need to see you,” Stevens said. “You’ve just been made CEO.”
Ryan drove straight to his father’s office. Arnold’s computer sat on the desk, open. He accessed the email—completely wiped. Someone had erased everything.
When Stevens walked in, Ryan didn’t waste time.
“Who’s been using the computer?”
“No one,” the lawyer said casually.
Ryan frowned. “Where are the two dancer figurines that used to be here?”
“He took them home,” Stevens said. “He was obsessed with that set. Never could get the third one, though. Some collector won’t part with it for less than half a million.”
Ryan had already scoured the house. The figurines weren’t there.
Stevens shifted gears. “The company’s in trouble. Your father had been missing meetings for months. It all started around the time he hired his new secretary. I hate to say it, but I think there was more than just business going on between them.”
Ryan clenched his fists. He spent the day smoothing things over with investors, but his mind was elsewhere.
That evening, he followed Miss Pearson, Arnold’s secretary, to her modest suburban home. When she left again, he slipped inside through the garage.
The house was neat, unassuming. He moved through it with care, flashlight in hand. In the bedroom, a framed photo on the nightstand made his blood run cold—Miss Pearson kissing his father.
He searched the house top to bottom. Nothing. But just as he was about to leave, he noticed an envelope tucked in the coffee table drawer.
Inside was a life insurance policy—$7 million. The sole beneficiary: Miss Pearson.
He took it straight to the police.
Detective Bradshaw read it and narrowed her eyes. “She’s booked on a flight to Morocco. No extradition. We need to act fast.”
Ryan wanted to go with them. Bradshaw refused, but Ryan followed anyway, slipping into the group as they passed through airport security.
The officers moved quickly, scanning the crowd. “Dark-haired woman in the white shirt! Step forward!”
The woman turned. It wasn’t her.
They searched for hours. Miss Pearson had vanished.
Back to square one.
But Ryan had a theory. He looked up the collector with the final figurine and paid him a visit.
“$750,000,” the man said when Ryan asked for the price.
“That’s outrageous.”
“It’s rare. That’s the price.”
Ryan didn’t argue. He called Mr. Stevens. “Sell enough shares to get me the cash.”
“You’ll lose your majority.”
“I’ll buy them back.”
Stevens sighed. “This is about your father, isn’t it?”
“It is.”
The funds transferred. Ryan bought the figurine and arranged for it to be auctioned anonymously. He paid for ads, quietly but thoroughly, making sure Arnold would hear about it—wherever he was.
The day of the auction, Ryan stood near the back, watching. Bidders dwindled until only two remained. But neither was Arnold.
The auctioneer’s voice rang out. “$600,000, going once… going twice—”
“One million!”
Ryan’s heart stopped.
He turned and saw the man rise slowly, removing his wide-brimmed hat.
Arnold.
The gavel hit the podium. “Sold!”
Arnold turned to leave.
Ryan stepped into his path. “Going somewhere?”
Before his father could respond, Detective Bradshaw appeared and snapped cuffs around his wrists.
“You tricked me!” Arnold growled.
“No,” Ryan said coldly. “You faked your death. Lied to Mom. Planned to disappear with your mistress and seven million dollars.”
“I was tired,” Arnold muttered. “Tired of the pressure. I wanted a new life.”
Ryan stared at him. “You taught me to always do the right thing. I just did.”
Arnold lowered his head.
Bradshaw nodded. “We’ll get Miss Pearson, too.”
Ryan watched as his father was led away, the illusion of the man he once admired dissolving behind the police car’s tinted windows.
Beside him, Bella let out a quiet, satisfied woof.
She’d known all along.

Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is essential for many vital functions in the body. It helps produce red blood cells, supports a healthy nervous system, and plays a key role in DNA formation. A deficiency in vitamin B12 can lead to serious health issues, affecting energy levels, brain function, and overall well-being.
9 Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Anemia – A lack of B12 can lead to megaloblastic anemia, causing fatigue, weakness, and pale skin.
Cardiovascular Issues – Low B12 levels may increase homocysteine, a compound linked to a higher risk of heart disease.
Reduced Vision – B12 deficiency can damage the optic nerve, leading to blurred vision or vision loss.
Depression and Neurological Disorders – Low B12 levels are associated with mood changes, depression, and cognitive decline.
Fatigue and Exhaustion – Since B12 helps produce red blood cells, low levels result in low oxygen supply and chronic tiredness.
Headaches and Difficulty Concentrating – A lack of B12 may cause brain fog, trouble focusing, and frequent headaches.
Digestive Issues – Deficiency can lead to diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, and weight loss.
Nervousness and Irritability – A shortage of B12 may cause mood swings, anxiety, and irritability.
Tingling and Numbness – B12 plays a key role in nerve health. Deficiency can result in tingling, numbness, or burning sensations in the hands, arms, legs, and feet.
What Causes Vitamin B12 Deficiency?
Vitamin B12 deficiency occurs when a person does not get enough of the vitamin through diet or when the body cannot properly absorb it. Here are some common causes:
Poor Diet – People who consume little to no animal-based products or fortified foods may develop a deficiency.
Stomach Inflammation (Gastritis) – Inflammation reduces the production of stomach acid, which is needed to absorb B12.
Pernicious Anemia – A rare condition in which the body does not produce intrinsic factor, a protein necessary for B12 absorption.
Digestive Disorders – Conditions like Crohn’s disease and celiac disease interfere with the body’s ability to absorb B12.
Gastrointestinal Surgery – Surgeries such as gastric bypass can limit the body’s ability to absorb vitamin B12.
Excessive Alcohol Consumption – Alcohol damages the digestive tract and reduces B12 absorption.
Genetic Conditions – Rare genetic disorders, such as transcobalamin II deficiency, prevent the proper transport of B12 in the body.
9 Foods Rich in Vitamin B12
To prevent deficiency, it’s important to consume foods high in B12. Here are some of the best sources:
Liver – Although not a favorite for everyone, liver is one of the most potent sources of B12. It is also rich in iron and vitamin B6, which help maintain energy levels.
Shellfish – Oysters, mussels, and clams provide between 80-100 µg of B12 per 100g, making them excellent sources.
Salmon – This popular fish contains about 3 µg of B12 per 100g and is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids for heart and brain health.
Tuna – Another great source of B12 and lean protein, tuna is a nutritious addition to your diet.
Ground Beef – A common protein source, lean beef is also high in vitamin B12.
Milk – Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt contain moderate amounts of B12.
Plain Yogurt – A 150g serving of yogurt contains about 1 µg of B12, along with calcium and probiotics for gut health.
Eggs – One egg provides about 0.6 µg of B12, making them a good dietary addition.
Fortified Foods & Cereals – Many breakfast cereals and plant-based milk alternatives are fortified with B12, offering a great option for those on a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Final Thoughts
Vitamin B12 is essential for overall health, and a deficiency can lead to serious complications. If you experience symptoms of deficiency or fall into a high-risk group, consider adding more B12-rich foods to your diet or speaking with a healthcare provider about supplements. Ensuring proper B12 intake can boost energy, protect brain function, and support heart health for years to come.

In an effort to combat anti-Semitism, former US President Donald Trump signed an executive order leading to a significant policy change.
This order affects foreign students and individuals involved in pro-Palestinian protests, paving the way for their deportation back to their home countries.
The Justice Department is set to take immediate action as detailed in a brief explaining this executive order.
Increased Punitive Measures for Protest Participants
The Trump administration is taking firm steps to address what it perceives as a surge in anti-Semitic activities on campuses and streets across the country.
This new order focuses on prosecuting threats posed to American Jewish communities, including of acts of terrorism, arson, vandalism, and violence.
The significance of this policy was amplified following the attack on Israel by Hamas on October 7, 2023.
Trump made it clear that foreign residents participating in what he termed “pro-jihadist” protests would face deportation in 2025.
Additionally, visas for students expressing pro-Hamas sentiments on university campuses would be swiftly revoked.
The Situation on US Campuses
With the end of protests under the “Free Palestine” banner in the US, the nation has seen stirring tensions on its college campuses.
Over the past months, these demonstrations have significantly increased incidents of anti-Semitic, anti-Arab, and Islamophobic acts.
Tensions in the Middle East, particularly between Arab communities and Israel, have influenced these developments.
Under this order, agency and department heads have been tasked with presenting recommendations for both criminal and civil methods to the
White House within 60 days, aimed at combating anti-Semitism. Furthermore, the order calls for the deportation of foreign residents who have violated US laws.
Controversy and Criticism from Human Rights Organizations
Human rights organizations have raised concerns over this executive order.
Evidence presented indicates that the protests, labeled as pro-Hamas, involved vandalism, intimidation, blockage of access to Jewish students, and acts against synagogues.
However, many protesters deny any association with Hamas, insisting that their protests were directed against Israeli military actions in Gaza, which saw over 45,000 fatalities.
The Trump administration faces criticism from groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations,
who argue that the order impedes free speech and undermines Palestinian humanity while claiming to fight anti-Semitism.
Critics have characterized the measure as dishonest, excessive, and unenforceable.
Political Promises and Immigration Policies
Trump has maintained a staunch stance against pro-Hamas supporters since his 2024 campaign. On taking office, he signed an order to reinstate travel bans affecting primarily Muslim or Arab-majority countries, continuing his administration’s strict immigration policies.
Critics argue that these measures disproportionately affect specific communities, reigniting debates on freedom and security.
Trump’s executive order compelling expulsion of protest participants represents a defined push through his broader policies on law and immigration.
This initiative is among many designed to address what he refers to as radicalism infesting campuses, focusing specifically on students associated with pro-Hamas activities.

In a world flooded with fleeting moments and fast-scrolling content, it takes something truly extraordinary to make us pause. And pause we did—collectively, globally—when an image of a young girl suspended mid-air began circulating online. Captured in a moment so surreal it felt almost otherworldly, this single frame told a story far greater than a leap. It was a snapshot of courage, discipline, and the silent roar of relentless ambition.
The Moment That Changed Everything
It happened in the middle of a regional performance event, one of those competitions where nerves tangle with adrenaline and dreams hover just out of reach. The girl, no older than fifteen, was in the midst of a choreographed routine—perhaps dance, gymnastics, or even a martial arts kata, depending on which version of the story you believe. But all it took was one perfectly-timed leap, one powerful push off the ground, and one serendipitous click of the camera shutter.
What emerged was a photo so striking, so crisp and poetic in its composition, that viewers were left questioning if it had been staged. Her body formed an arc, hair flung upward, arms extended in a posture that screamed power and grace. Her expression? Calm, yet fierce. Relaxed, yet focused. It was the kind of face you only see when someone is truly in the zone—locked into their passion with total commitment.
The Power of Timing—and Talent
What makes this image so universally resonant is its sheer unpredictability. It’s not every day you see someone seemingly frozen in flight. The mechanics of the human body, the laws of gravity—they all seemed momentarily suspended. Viewers across social media described it as “angelic,” “cinematic,” and even “superhuman.”
But beneath the awe lies hours—no, years—of dedication. Whether her discipline is gymnastics, ballet, parkour, or another sport, one thing is certain: that kind of control doesn’t happen by accident. Behind every second of brilliance are thousands of hours spent training muscles to obey, rehearsing routines until they feel like breathing, and pushing limits even when nobody’s watching.
Viral Fame and Real-World Impact
Once the photo went viral, the internet did what it does best: investigate, celebrate, and speculate. Was she a prodigy? A student-athlete on the rise? Some claimed she was part of a youth performance academy, others believed she was auditioning for an international stage. Regardless of the origin, one fact remains uncontested—her image captured something timeless.
In an age where authenticity is craved but rarely seen, this moment felt pure. There was no filter. No performance for likes. Just a human being, mid-leap, owning her space in the sky.
More Than Just a Photo: A Symbol of Resilience
Why do we care so much about this one picture?
Because in that single airborne second, we see something we all long for: freedom. The freedom to leap without fear. The freedom to rise above gravity, even if only metaphorically. The freedom to let go, even when the world tells you to stay grounded.
For young athletes, it’s a reminder of what’s possible when you keep showing up, even when it’s hard. For parents, it’s a proud echo of potential. For dreamers, it’s inspiration captured in pixels.
Where Is She Now?
Though her name hasn’t been officially released, sources say she’s been approached by coaches, agents, and even a documentary filmmaker. And while the offers pour in, those close to her say she’s staying grounded—figuratively, at least.
“She’s grateful, but she’s not letting it go to her head,” a family friend told a local news outlet. “She just wants to keep doing what she loves—flying.”
Final Thoughts
In a world constantly chasing the next big thing, this girl reminded us of something essential: sometimes, the most powerful stories are the ones you don’t expect. No viral dance challenge, no scripted drama—just one human, caught in the air, riding a wave of passion, talent, and timing.
And for that moment—mid-flight—she wasn’t just a girl leaping across a stage. She was a symbol of what happens when preparation meets possibility.

David Letterman was once celebrated as a late-night television icon, known for his wit and charm. However, not all of his interviews have aged well, particularly when viewed through the lens of modern sensibilities. One such encounter involved Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston, which, at first, appeared to be just another typical talk-show exchange. But revisiting it today, it’s hard to ignore how awkward and uncomfortable it became.
The Focus on Her Legs
A recently resurfaced clip of Jennifer Aniston and David Letterman has reignited discussions about one of the most cringe-worthy moments on The Late Show. The interview, which took place in 2006, saw Aniston promoting her romantic comedy The Break-Up, co-starring Vince Vaughn. But the conversation quickly took an uncomfortable turn when Letterman became fixated on Aniston’s legs.
Wearing a black blouse paired with black shorts, Aniston unintentionally became the subject of Letterman’s admiration. He couldn’t help but repeatedly compliment her legs, while the cameraman zoomed in to emphasize them.
“That’s a tremendous outfit,” Letterman said, adding, “And the reason that’s a tremendous outfit is because you have tremendous legs. Fantastic legs. You can only wear that if you have lovely, well-shaped, muscular, lengthy legs.”
Aniston, clearly uncomfortable, tried to downplay his remarks with a nervous laugh, explaining that she had chosen to wear shorts due to the heat. Despite her attempts to redirect the conversation, Letterman insisted on returning to her legs, saying, “Your legs, you’ve got something there.” It left viewers cringing at the awkwardness of the situation, then and now.
Pressing Personal Questions
As if the comments about her legs weren’t enough, Letterman then shifted to a more personal topic—her rumored relationship with co-star Vince Vaughn. He bluntly asked if it had been Vaughn’s idea for her to “appear naked in the movie.” Caught off guard, Aniston deflected by suggesting that Letterman should ask Vaughn himself when he was next on the show.
But Letterman wasn’t finished. He again commented on Aniston’s legs, saying, “I can’t get over your legs, I’m telling you. You got something there.” Later in the conversation, he referred to the shot of her in the studio, adding, “I hope to God somebody at the house TiVoing this because I can’t stop looking at this shot.” Once again, it wasn’t clear which shot he meant, but Aniston’s uncomfortable reaction suggested it was yet another focus on her legs.
Previous Awkward Encounters
This wasn’t the first time Letterman made Aniston visibly uneasy. In an infamous 1998 interview, he grabbed her neck and sucked on a strand of her hair. Aniston, clearly disturbed, wiped her hair with a tissue that Letterman handed her. He then casually remarked, “You know what they say about guys with short ties,” as if attempting to ease the tension. But the situation only added to the awkwardness of the moment.
Despite the discomfort, Aniston handled both incidents with grace, maintaining her composure in front of the cameras. Known for her poise in difficult situations, she continued the interviews, even returning to The Late Show two years later.
A More Empowered Return
In 2008, Aniston made another appearance on The Late Show, this time wearing a chic pink dress that once again emphasized her stunning looks. But this time, fans paid less attention to her appearance and more to her thoughtful gesture during the interview. Aniston, who had graced the cover of GQ wearing only a necktie, presented Letterman with a gift—a Brooks Brothers tie she had worn on the magazine cover.
“It’s an early Christmas present,” she smiled, as she handed him the tie. Letterman promptly removed his current tie and wore the new one with pride. They joked about the moment, and Aniston exclaiming, “This is exciting, I’m dressing Dave!” added a playful touch to the interview.
While Aniston has never publicly addressed these uncomfortable encounters, looking back, it’s clear that they haven’t aged well. What was once considered typical late-night banter is now sparking new discussions about respect and boundaries, especially in light of Aniston’s grace under pressure. Today, it’s hard to dismiss the awkwardness of those moments, and they stand as a reminder of how far the conversation around gender and respect in the media has come.
Though she has always maintained her composure, these interviews now invite us to reflect on how public figures—especially women—are treated and the nature of humor in late-night television. Aniston’s ability to rise above the discomfort of those moments makes her even more admirable, but the reality is that these instances, now revisited, highlight how the boundaries of appropriate behavior have evolved.

Donald Trump’s announcement on tariffs has certainly shaken up the international economic landscape and China has hit back against the move.
China was one of many nations hit with tariffs from the US following an announcement from President Donald Trump last week.
Despite the pushback from allies and trade partners alike, Trump went ahead with his economic plan, which he called ‘Liberation Day’, and insists in the end it will ultimately be better for the American people.
Speaking at The White House’s Rose Garden on April 2, the POTUS said: “This is Liberation Day. We’ve been waiting for a long time, April 2, 2025, will forever be remembered as the day American industry was reborn, the day America’s destiny was reclaimed, and the day that we began to ‘Make America Wealthy Again’.
“For decades our country has been looted, pillaged, raped and plundered from nations, near and far, from both friend and foe alike.”
China doesn’t exactly see it that way, however.

Trump put an additional 34 per cent tariff on Chinese goods as part of ‘Liberation Day’, coming on top of two rounds of 10 per cent tariffs already declared in February and March.
And most recently foreign affairs spokesman Lin Jian condemned the US for its latest tariffs move.
Speaking to reporters, he said: “Putting the US first over international rules is a typical act of unilateralism, protectionism and economic bullying.”
Lin also spoke on the wider issues the tariffs were causing and issued a warning to the US.
He said: “Pressure and threats are not the way to deal with China. China will firmly safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.”
He also noted that the tariffs harmed global supply chains and could have serious impact on the world’s economic recovery.
In response to the move by the US, China has so far suspended sorghum, poultry and bonemeal imports from some American companies.

As well as this, starting from April 10, China will add a 34 percent tariff on US goods. A spokesperson at the ministry of commerce also revealed China is also taking legal action over the US’ new tariffs.
The nation has filed a lawsuit with the World Trade Organization (WTO) amid claims that Trump’s tariffs ‘seriously violates WTO rules’.
The spokesperson said: “[The tariffs damage] the legitimate rights and interests of WTO members, and undermines the rules-based multilateral trading system and the international economic and trade order.
“It is a typical unilateral bullying practice that endangers the stability of the global economic and trade order. China firmly opposes this.”
